A $100.00 care assessment deposit is required to schedule your care assessment and begin the care setup process.

If you choose to begin services with Care Now Private Duty Care, the full $100.00 deposit will be applied toward your first service payment.

If you decide not to move forward with services, $45.00 will be retained as the care assessment and administrative setup fee, and the remaining $55 may be refunded.

Final service rates are based on care needs, schedule, location, level of support, and caregiver availability.
