Our Core Services

Personal Care Support

Care Now caregivers provide respectful assistance with daily personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene support, oral care, and comfort-focused personal assistance.

We understand that personal care is private and sensitive. Every task is provided with dignity, patience, privacy, and respect so clients can feel clean, comfortable, and cared for without feeling rushed or embarrassed.

Companionship

Companionship is an important part of emotional well-being. Our caregivers provide conversation, reassurance, supervision, meaningful activities, encouragement, and caring engagement.

This support can help reduce loneliness, isolation, boredom, and emotional distress while helping clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support

Care Now provides patient, compassionate non-medical support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory loss, confusion, wandering concerns, sundowning, repetition, agitation, and increased supervision needs.

Our caregivers focus on calm redirection, familiar routines, reassurance, safety awareness, companionship, and respectful support with daily living activities.

Mobility & Transfer Assistance

For clients who need help moving safely, our caregivers provide support with walking, standing, wheelchair assistance, repositioning, and transfers as directed by the family or care plan.

When appropriate and allowed within the care plan, caregivers may assist with mobility equipment such as gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, slide boards, sit-to-stand devices, or mechanical lift support.

This support helps reduce fall risks, promotes comfort, and gives families peace of mind.

Meal Support

Our caregivers can assist with light meal preparation, serving meals, feeding assistance when appropriate, hydration reminders, snack preparation, and support with daily nutrition routines.

We can help clients maintain more consistent mealtimes while observing changes in appetite, hydration, comfort, or eating patterns that may need to be reported to the family.

Light Housekeeping

A clean and organized home can help clients feel more comfortable and reduce safety risks.

Our caregivers may assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, changing bed linens, wiping counters, emptying trash, tidying common areas, and helping keep walkways clear of clutter.

Care Now provides light housekeeping support connected to the client’s care needs. We do not provide deep cleaning or heavy household maintenance.

Respite Care

Family caregivers need rest too. Care Now provides temporary, dependable relief for family members who need time to rest, work, run errands, attend appointments, care for other family members, or focus on their own well-being.

Respite care allows families to step away knowing their loved one is receiving compassionate support and supervision.

Complex Disability Support

Care Now provides non-medical support for adults living with complex disabilities, mobility limitations, cognitive challenges, developmental disabilities, or long-term care needs.

Our caregivers may assist with daily routines, mobility support, repositioning, meal support, personal care, companionship, supervision, and comfort-focused care based on the individual’s needs and care plan.

Children with Disabilities Support

Care Now provides caring non-medical support for children with developmental, physical, cognitive, sensory, and behavioral care needs.

Our caregivers can assist with supervision, routine support, companionship, mobility support, personal care, adaptive play, transition support, and comfort-focused assistance while following the family’s instructions and preferred routines.

Additional Support Options

We want clients to feel cared for, comfortable, and supported in every possible way.

When available, Care Now may help coordinate comfort-focused support services such as:

  • In-home cosmetology services

  • Hair care and styling

  • Gentle nail care

  • Other approved wellness-related support options

These services may be coordinated through qualified or approved providers when available. Availability may vary based on location, provider scheduling, and the client’s needs.
