Clear Care Pricing with No Surprises

At Care Now Private Duty Care, we believe families should understand care costs before services begin. Because every client’s needs are different, final pricing is discussed during the care assessment and confirmed before care is scheduled.

Our rates may vary based on the level of care needed, number of hours requested, schedule, location, and type of support required.

Care Assessment Deposit

A $100 care assessment deposit is required to schedule your care assessment.

If you choose to begin services with Care Now Private Duty Care, the full $100 deposit will be applied toward your first service payment.

If you decide not to move forward with services, $45 will be retained as the care assessment and administrative fee, and the remaining $55 will be refundable.

Hourly Care Rates

Care Now Private Duty Care provides non-medical private duty care for seniors, adults with disabilities, children with disabilities, and individuals needing daily living support.

Hourly rates are discussed during the care assessment and may vary based on care needs, schedule, and level of support.

Specialized care needs, dementia-related support, complex disability support, extended shifts, overnight care, or high-supervision care may have different rates.

Payment Before Services Begin

Before care begins, families will receive clear pricing, service expectations, and payment instructions.

Care is not considered scheduled until the assessment is completed, the care plan is confirmed, caregiver availability is reviewed, and payment arrangements are completed.
